Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed. Sale/launch week orders might take up to 5-7 business days.

Delivery within Canada generally takes between 2-8 business days once shipped depending on the location. For the US, it takes around 3-9 business days.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $12 to all customers across Canada and the USA. A cart value of over $120, guarantees free shipping.

Orders under $120 = $12 shipping

Orders over $120 = Free Shipping 

Orders with a subtotal (before taxes and after all discounts) of $120 CAD / $120 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

We always stand by our product so if you ordered the wrong size or are not completely satisfied with your order, please send us an email at aakritibymk@gmail.com and we can get your order sorted out!  However, please note that all sale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To make a change or cancel an order, you have up to 2 hours to get in touch from the time you complete the checkout process. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, however, if your request is made outside of the 2-hour window, the original order will be processed and shipped. Once the carrier picks up the package, it is then their responsibility for lost and/or misplaced packages, however, we will do whatever we can to assist should this happen.  If needed, we will launch an investigation with the carrier and will do our best to ensure your AAKRITI pieces get to you. (Please note these investigations generally take up to 5 business days to be settled.)

All AAKRITI collection is designed with love from our studio in Canada and carefully crafted in India. Our collection is created using traditional wooden blocks and hand-block printing. Variations and slight irregularities are natural characteristics of this technique, highlighting its authenticity and handmade quality. These should be embraced as unique features, not considered defects. Our fabrics are dyed using non-toxic, low-impact dyes from renewable sources (no formaldehyde or other harsh chemicals are used at all in the dying process). Our preferred fabric is always 100% Cotton which is natural fiber. Hand embroidery and machine embroidery are with smaller partners, often family-owned businesses that manufacture smaller batches and limited runs.
